Rob Higley is President of Reveal Consulting and has directed the company's growth since 2003. He has worked with a diverse set of clients from the commercial, nonprofit, academic, and association sectors. Rob crafts strategic communication campaigns that change perceptions and get results. A diverse background in promotions, advertising, marketing, journalism, radio and TV production, Web and graphic design, and small business management fuel his holistic approach to problem solving. With more than a decade of experience in broadcasting and also at a top advertising agency, Rob has crafted award-winning campaigns that resulted in major media attention from NBC Nightly News, CBS Sunday Morning, USA Today, and more. He has a Master's of Business Administration and a Master's of Public Relations from Ball State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.

Jessie Sahm is the Creative Director for Reveal Consulting Group. She has a wide range of experience with advertising, catalog design, packaging and in-store design. Jessie's passion for design has fueled her professional growth. Prior to joining Reveal, she was a lead graphic designer with sports merchandiser Finish Line and for commercial real estate leader Precedent Companies. She began her professional career at a Cincinnati, Ohio advertising agency where her clients included Herbal essences, Pantene Pro-V, Pampers, Mr. Clean, and other Proctor & Gamble brands. She has also worked for large municipal agencies assisting public information offices. Jessie received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and studied abroad at Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy.
